Instructions for use:
Remove the silicone caps. Screw the HHCp Vape cartridge onto your Vape pen battery. We do recommend using Vape pen battery with preheat function and with variable voltage/adjustable heat settings like CCELL M3B or M3B PRO or PALM PRO or FINO battery available to purchase on our website. Be forewarned that HHCp has a high viscosity. This means that at room temperature it is too thick and sticky. The preheat function applies low level heat to the thick distillate before vaping. You’re ready to go! Vape on lowest temperature output between 2.6v-3.2v for potent, flavourful, and soothing journey with every puff. Store in a dry place at a temperature between 10°C and 20°C. Do not expose to direct sunlight and moisture. When not in use, turn off battery, remove cartridge, attach both silicone caps and store the cartridge upright. This will help prevent leaks. A few puffs are enough to enjoy the effects of HHCp with cannabis derived terpenes. It is generally recommended that you take 2 to 3 small puffs, leaving a few seconds between each puff to feel the effects. This gives your body time to absorb the cannabinoids and allows you to assess the effect of HHCp Vape Cartridge on you. It’s worth noting that everyone’s tolerance level is different, so it’s important to listen to your body and adapt accordingly. If you’re new to vaping or if your tolerance is low, it may be a good idea to start with smaller inhalations and gradually increase the dose as needed. In addition, it’s always a good idea to start with a lower dosage and gradually increase until you find the level of relief you want. This allows you to find the right balance and avoid any discomfort or excessive effects.

Orders containing products (CBD flowers, Hash and infused CBD flowers) are fulfilled and dispatched from our EU warehouse via recorded delivery, in discreet large letter format, smell-proof packaging and on DDP terms. The standard shipping selection for orders containing these products takes 4-5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You can track these orders on Royal Mail’s website once shipped.
Orders containing products (Vape cartridges, Edibles, Extracts, Terpenes and CCELL hardware) are fulfilled from our UK warehouse. All standard domestic orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service as default. We aim for all orders to be dispatched the same working day if you order before 8am Monday to Friday. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aim to deliver your parcel the next working day but please be aware this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. For guaranteed delivery, please upgrade to Special Next day delivery options available at checkout via DPD or Royal Mail.

All EU orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our EU warehouse via recorded delivery. Shipping rates and options vary depending on the country of delivery. We usually offer several transport options. Please refer to “Shipping information tab“ for more information.
RETURNS POLICY
Please check that your order is correct upon receipt.
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations, you have up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods to return and cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us of this decision by email to support@highway.wtf with your order reference number. We can only accept returned items that are in resalable condition i.e. unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We advise that you obtain a proof of postage when you return the item.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing fault, or a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible on support@highway.wtf attaching photos of the items where possible, and letting us know your order reference number. We aim to respond to messages within 24 hours. Please note that some investigations can take longer.
In case an incorrect product has been received, the customer must refrain from opening the packaging and should contact HighWay.wtf via email as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or alternative compensation. HighWay.wtf has the right to request the incorrect item back and any item that is opened is deemed to be acceptance of that product.
Where a manufacturing fault has been confirmed we will provide a replacement, store credit or refund within 10 days and postage costs will also be refunded on submission of proof of cost of postage. This excludes certain devices which are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
All returns items must be sent to us using tracked (and we recommend insured) mail.
If a returned item is found not to be faulty under testing, then you will be required to pay the cost of return postage.
